Update - Bazaarvoice is continuing work on a fix to to mitigate issues affecting moderation services on clusters C1 and C7. Clients can identify which cluster they are on by logging into their workbench and looking at the URL which will start with "https://workbench-" followed by the cluster number.

Identified - Bazaarvoice has identified an issue that is causing content on C1, C7 and potentially other clusters not being sent to Moderation. The route cause has been identified and changes are being made to mitigate the issue. Update - Bazaarvoice has implemented a fix to address the issue, resulting in the resolution of the primary problem and a significant reduction in missing data. Despite this progress, there are still instances of delayed reviews in the Portal Manage Content app. We are actively working with the engineering team to identify and address any additional root causes.
